100% Sustainable Water Management
Water plays a critical role in aerospace surface treatment, making responsible water management essential to our operations. RUPERR has invested in a fully engineered Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) system built around the principles of Reduce, Recycle, and Reuse, ensuring that every drop is utilised responsibly.
Reuse
Through our Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) system, treated wastewater is fully recovered and returned to the production cycle — meaning Ruperr's surface treatment facility sends zero liquid effluent to the environment.
Recycle
Process water is recovered and treated through reverse osmosis and condensate recovery systems, allowing us to reclaim water that would otherwise be discharged as waste.
Reduce
We minimise water intake at the source through multi-stage filtration and disciplined bath management across our anodising and chemical finishing lines, ensuring only what is needed enters the process.

Sustainability extends beyond water management. Across our 80,000 sq. ft. integrated manufacturing facility, advanced automation and process control help optimise resources, minimise waste, and ensure consistent aerospace-grade quality.
PLC-controlled anodising lines, real-time chemical monitoring, precision multi-axis machining centres, and controlled manufacturing environments work together to improve process efficiency while reducing environmental impact.
